Job Description

As Customer Collaboration Lead you will play a critical role in building engagement with customers and leading supply chain excellence on behalf of JDE. Reporting to the Customer Service & Logistics Manager you are the ‘face of supply chain’ and plays a critical role across key stakeholder groups, including Customers, JDE Sales and Supply Chain Teams.  

You will lead the service agenda with key customers or customer groups, setting best practice in how to achieve excellent service level. Your role will be to build relationships, own and shape the Supply Chain agenda with customers, including improving service and efficiency

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build strong relationships with customer supply chain teams and lead key review meetings.
  • Deliver excellent operational performance, ensuring top service levels and perfect orders.
  • Show leadership by defining best practices, creating guides and playbooks, and coaching the team on the right behaviors and skills.
  • Work collaboratively with many internal and external partners, creating strong connections between sales and supply chain.
  • Lead efforts to reduce waste and cost, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement projects.

For this role as Customer Collaboration Lead, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience across relevant roles such as Sales, Customer Services or supply chain.
  • Thorough knowledge of customer supply chain principles having worked with major Nordic Grocery Retailers.
  • Experience of coaching/developing others and influencing key stakeholders.
  • An excellent ability to manage stakeholders (internal & external) and build relationships.
  • Results driven: Demonstrable ability to achieve challenging goals, directly and through others.
  • Analytical problem solving: Understand drivers of service and cost performance and how to influence.
  • Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages
